Buggy wheelchair loan

Visitors may borrow buggies or wheelchairs by filling out the relevant application forms and depositing their national ID as guarantee (or NT$1000 deposit if not carrying ID).

EasyCard sales, top-up and refund services

During holidays, EasyCard sales, top-ups, enquiries and refund services are also available at the visitor center and 3rd floor ticketing office (below the monorail) in addition to ticketing at the main entrance and 2nd entrance on the 3rd floor.

Provides visitors with necessary lost and found services.

Breastfeeding Room

There are four nursing rooms by the visitor center. Visitors can request sealable, personalizable bags to store breast milk in the refrigerators on site.

Group reservations

Reservations, admission and tours for groups of 30 people or more (or special groups of 20 or more, such as elderly, disabled or other disadvantaged groups) are available on weekdays. On holidays only group reservations and admissions are available.

Drinking fountains with iced, and warm are available in the open areas of all floors (eco-friendly folding cups provided).

  • There are 4 locker locations in the park. Visitors can pay for the lockers to store personal items.

There are 3 Wi-Fi desks and 6 charging plugs at the visitor center. However, visitors must bring their own charging equipment.

There are group and accessibility gates at the Park's main entrance for persons holding disability ID, disadvantage cards, companion ID, senior citizen ID, as well as persons with disabilities, children accompanied by elderly persons, and expectant mothers with buggies, who, upon verification by Park staff, may enter the Park by express admission.

Proactive advice will be given depending on the individual conditions of the disabled, elderly or visitors with buggies.

Queuing seats

To avoid excessive standing in the following persons, when disabled, elderly or persons otherwise in need are queuing for the facilities, our staff will provide dedicating seating at the facility entrance or near the control room, until the accompanying person awaits their turn, and they can use the facilities together.
