In response to business needs of the Taipei Children's Amusement Park, new divisions have been created under the Park's management, including operations, maintenance and administration. Each division is responsible for the following duties respectively:
Operations: Responsible for all major servicing activities in the park, events planning and facilities operations.
Maintenance: Responsible for the maintenance and repair of recreational facilities and park equipment.
Administrations: Ticketing and admissions, personnel training, and other related matters.
