The Park can accommodate a maximum of 16,000 visitors, and the counting system at the Park's inlets count inflow and outflow of visitors, for the following volume control:
- First phase (15,000 ~15,999 visitors)
All the entrances will be semi-closed to slow down the inflow of visitors, and the site personnel will guide the outgoing visitors to the bus and MRT stations to speed up the outflow of visitors. - Second phase (16,000 visitors)
All the entrances will be fully closed, and no more visitors are allowed to enter the Park, meanwhile the site personnel will continue guiding the outgoing visitors to the bus and MRT stations to speed up the outflow of visitors.
